Last transnational activities: 3rd – 4th October, Iasi (Romania)

The Transnational Exchange program concludes Iasi on the first week of October with the organisation of the 2nd transnational seminar, the 2nd Peer to Peer exchange and the last study visit, to Roman.

The transnational seminar will take place on 3rd of October and will count with Mr. Pietro Elisei from URBASOFIA, who will give a view about climate change adaptation and territorial planning. After this intervention Ms. Liliana Topliceanu will talk about energy neutrality in communities and how to achieve it across the territorial planning.

After lunch will take place the Peer to Peer seminar, with the participation of Mr. Dimitrios Sofianopoulos and Mr. Bogdan Potlogia. It will be discussed how financial instruments can support the implementation of SEAP/SECAP as well as its potential to support the transition to a low carbon economy and how to improve the support for sustainable energy investments.

On Wednesday the Empowering team will travel to Roman to first-hand look to the most representative projects of this town and to talk with its Mayor, Mr. Lucian Ovidiu Micu about Roman SEAP and commitments.
